Problem
REDOC is an enterprise document automation SaaS for real estate: generation, approval, e-signing, and deal closure. Legal documents needed to be previewed and interacted with inside the app without forcing downloads. The experience also had to stay fast under Angular change detection pressure, while KYC data entry remained a friction point in the quotation-to-closure flow. A separate corporate site needed strong SEO and near-instant content delivery.
What I did
I architected key frontend modules in Angular 15 with OnPush change detection and lazy loading to keep the SaaS shell lean. I built and customized a high-fidelity PDF.js viewer for in-browser legal document preview and interaction. Singpass (MyInfo) via Ingenique automated KYC retrieval so teams spent less time on manual data entry. For the marketing surface, I delivered a Next.js + Strapi experience with SSR and ISR. GSAP powered scroll-driven storytelling while keeping motion performance under control.
Outcome
- Reduced initial bundle size by 25% through OnPush and module lazy loading.
- Shortened the quotation-to-closure flow by reducing manual KYC data-entry friction.
- Enabled near-instant content delivery for marketing pages with strong SEO outcomes.
